The Light Lens Lab 35mm f/2 8-Element Stainless Steel Edition Lens is a prime M-mount lens featuring a classic double-gauss design with a lens barrel made fully of Stainless Steel. The Lens Hood and Filter are painted brass to match the lens. Precisely assembled and adjusted by Light Lens Lab technicians, this lens delivers performance very close to the famous first version of the 35mm f/2 lens, the so-called "8-element". This lens also includes the classic infinity lock that appeared in the early 35mm f/2 lens.

7Artisans displayed ten new autofocus prime lenses at the 2024 IBC show in Amsterdam. The new models will be available for Sony E, Nikon Z, Leica L, and Fuji X (for the APS-C lenses). The latest series of lenses will have almost identical size and weight (see the pictures at the bottom of this post). The price is expected to be around €230 per lens. The full-frame line of lenses will be called INFINITE.

  • High-quality image expression no matter the industry or production site: The AW-UB50 uses a full-size MOS sensor with 24.2M effective pixels, while the AW-UB10 uses a 4/3-type 10.3M effective pixel MOS sensor, achieving diverse, high-quality image expression with excellent color reproduction and resolution across sensor formats. Both models are also compatible with the photo style of the AW-UE160 4K integrated camera, ensuring seamless color matching in mixed operations.
  • Simplified workflows: Designed with usability in mind, both cameras boast a compact body under 10 cm in height, width, and depth (excluding the lens), and are packed with features that make them highly versatile. Built on the optical formula of the recently-released 28-45mm F1.8 DG DN | Art lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras, this is Sigma's first ever cine lens with AF, and is equipped with features including a focus ring with distance indicator, a click-free aperture ring, and compatibility with 95mm matte boxes.
